F.O.B. Origin Point, Freight Collect The BUYER pays the freight, owns the goods in transit and must file claim for the damage or shortage.
F.O.B. Origin Point, Freight Prepaid The SELLER pays the freight, but the buyer owns the goods in transit and must file any claim for the damage or shortage.

F.O.B. Origin Point, Freight Prepaid and Charged to the Buyer.

The SELLER pays the freight, but invoices the BUYER. BUYER owns the goods in transit and must file any claims for damage or shortage.
F.O.B. Destination, Freight Collect The BUYER pays the freight, but the seller owns the goods in transit.
F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid  The SELLER pays the freight, owns the goods in transit, and must file any claims for damage or shortage.
F.O.B. Destination, Freight Collect and Allowed The BUYER pays the freight but deducts charges from SELLERS invoice for goods. SELLER owns the goods in transit.
